Working Title Playwrights was informally started in Atlanta in 2000 by a group of six interested playwrights who were part of the recently-disbanded Blue Machine Writers, which met regularly at In Character bookstore in Little Five Points. At first, WTP?s goal was to help writers to share and develop their work in bi-weekly critique sessions.
